Quality Control photos are your only defense against bad batches. Learning how to QC properly on Sugargoo saves money, time, and frustration. This tutorial covers the inspection process from start to finish.

Request detailed photos immediately after your items arrive at the warehouse. Sugargoo includes 3 standard photos for free. Pay the small fee for 5 to 10 additional angles. The extra photos almost always reveal issues that standard shots hide.

For shoes, focus on these critical areas: toe box shape, heel embroidery alignment, swoosh or logo placement, sole color accuracy, and stitching consistency. Compare each element side-by-side with retail images from StockX or Goat.

Clothing QC requires different angles. Request flat-lay photos showing the full front, back, and interior tags. Zoom shots of embroidery, screen-print quality, and wash labels reveal batch-specific flaws. Check sleeve length and overall proportions against size charts.

Accessories need close-up detail shots. Watches require macro photos of the dial, date wheel, and bracelet links. Bags need interior shots showing stitching, hardware engravings, and leather texture. Jewelry should display hallmark stamps and chain clasps.

If you spot a flaw, contact Sugargoo customer service within 24 hours of receiving the QC photos. Most issues can be resolved with an exchange or partial refund. Waiting longer reduces your chances of a favorable outcome.
