Start by creating an account on Sugargoo.com. The registration process requires an email and phone verification. Use a real email address because order updates and shipping notifications arrive there.
Once logged in, copy the product URL from Taobao, Weidian, or Yupoo into the Sugargoo search bar. The system parses the link and displays the product page with available options, sizes, and colors. Double-check that the price matches what you saw on the original marketplace.
Add items to your cart and submit the order. Sugargoo purchases the item on your behalf using their local payment methods. You pay Sugargoo, not the Chinese seller directly. This protects you from seller scams.
After ordering, wait for the item to arrive at the Sugargoo warehouse. Typical domestic delivery within China takes 2 to 5 days. You will receive a notification when the item is ready for QC inspection.
Review your QC photos carefully. Request additional angles if needed. Approve items you are satisfied with and request returns or exchanges for anything with flaws. You have 24 hours to make this decision.
